Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes with all tags attached, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
